Díky mojí již třetí oprávněné stížnosti na absolutní lajdáctví a neznalost, byla vyměněna celá obsluha naší pošty.
Poslední kapkou bylo, když mi na poště tvrdili, že nemůžu poslat cenný balík těžší než 15 kg. Což je samozřejmě nesmysl a nutili mi obchodní balík. A ten jak jsem psal již dříve prý musí být podán do 15h a nesmí na poště zůstat přes noc.
Dnes již máme nové úřednice a zatím 100% spokojenost. Nezalekly se ani balíku odesílaného mimo EU, všechno funguje jak má a i úsměv na tváři občas člověk uvidí.
Ovšem problém je teď u doručovatelek, které vyměnili také. Ty bohužel zatím neví kde kdo již nebydlí a stále nám doručují dopisy pro bývalého majitele domu, který tam již 5 let nebydlí. Ale to bude jistě za pár měsíců OK.
Poslední příhoda :
Byl jsem na naší dědinské poště a nějaká Pani podávala balíček a že to chce jako doporučený dopis. Pošťačka jí ovšem tvrdila, že je to už moc velké a že jí to dá jako doporučená balíček ( který je o 20% dražší) protože ty chudiny doručovatelky toto musí nosit v rukách a neunesly by to. Balíčky se již vozí autem a tak tam to prý není problém. Jsem se u druhé přepážky musel smát. Paní se naštěstí nedala a znova jí začala vysvětlovat, že to schválně balila tak aby se vlezla do max udané velikosti. Nakonec jí to celkem nasraně vzala jako doporučený dopis. Vzpomněl jsem si, že mi kdysi říkala úplně to samé a nechtěla mi větší doporučené dopisy brát, tehdá jsem zrovna řešil další reklamaci rozkradeného balíčku a tak jsem na ni byl docela hnusný a už neměla odvahu protestovat a balíček vzala bez keců.
Odeslání EMS
EMS je nejdražší a měla by být i nejkvalitnější služba, kterou česká pošta nabízí. Podle informací na internetu zaručené dodání balíku do 24h, dokonce mi tvrdili, že stejně jako přepravní společnosti volají předem příjemci, což není pravda. Jenže problém byl už při podání zásilky. Přivezl jsem v pátek v 16h 3 balíky z toho 2 urgentní které měly být doručeny v sobotu (za příplatek 80kč). Bylo mi řečeno, že mi je nevezmou, protože je již po rozhodné době (o které se na internetu nikde nepsalo) a auto s balíky už odjelo v 15h. Chtěl jsem tedy důkaz, že si zase nevymýšlí. A tak vedoucí pošty šla a deset minut hledala na jejich nástěnce plné reklam. Když to konečně dohledala, bylo tam k jejímu údivu napsáno, že rozhodná doba je v 17h což je doba uzavření pobočky. S klidem to zavřela a pronesla „ to je starý, podle nového je to v 15h“. Když s ní nebyla řeč tak jsem chtěl aby tedy balíky poslali v pondělí a zákazníkům bych to už nějak snad vysvětlil. Jejich odpověď mě opravdu naštvala. Balíky EMS prý NESMÍ ZŮSTAT PŘES NOC NA POŠTĚ. Takže jsem si je posbíral a jel 20Km do krajského města na poštu kde už podání proběhlo v pořádku.
Nová zkušenost z pošty. Posílal jsem asi 20balíků na dobírku a po 3týdnech mi přišla tato poukázka:
Ta ženská prostě špatně nalepila jeden lístek s kodem, potom jí neseděla poukázka a tak jednoduše přeškrtala adresu na balíku a na poukázce. Takže jednomu zákazníkovi přišly dva balíčky, bohužel s druhou poukázkou kde byla dobírka o 168Kč nižší.
Jejich kvalitní prací jsem přišel o -168Kč ,
6x jsem jel 16km na poštu - 190Kč ,
4x volal - 50Kč,
-105Kč za jedno poštovné balíku co nedošel
-50kč zisku z nedodaného zboží.
+168Kč rozdílu dobírek jsem dostal zpět při reklamaci

ČESKÁ POŠTA je kapitola sama o sobě. Podle mých zkušeností je to banda neschopných, neochotných zlodějů.
1. Problém - Vydali můj balík v ceně 10 000Kč jiné osobě + balík byl poškozený a jelikož jsem balík nepřevzal já, nestihl jsem reklamaci do 5 dnů. Přesto že jsem vše hnal až k vedoucímu Přerovské pošty nepodařilo se mi z POŠTY vymoci peníze za pojištěný balík. Jediné co jsem vyřídil bylo snížení platu pro neschopnou úřednici- což mi moc nepomohlo.
2. Problém - Vykradený balík , zase bez odpovídající náhrady.
3. Balík s nálepkou křehké - úřednice u přepážky mi tvrdila, že nálepka křehké se smí nalepit pouze na balík, který je zabalený tak aby se při pádu z 1metru nerozbil. Nevím jestli si dělala prdel ale vypadala velice vážně.
4. Nedoručené balíky- ČESKÁ POŠTA místo doručení balíků hází do schránek pouze oznámení o zásilce. Stalo se mi alespoň 8x že jsem byl doma a nikdo nezvonil, pouze ve schránce bylo oznámení. Třikrát jsem si byl stěžovat na poště, zase až u vedoucí pobočky. Od této doby mi balíky chodí.
5. Pošta doručená na prodejnu- Vlastním prodejnu v obchodním domě který se otevírá v 9h. Doručovatelka nosila poštu v 10h, nevím proč,ale najednou začala chodit v 8:30h. Tím pádem nám poštu hází přede dveře na hlavní třídě v Přerově. Umístit 8 schránek přede dveře není reálná.
6. Doručení balíků- viz fotky
Takto mi doručili balík v hodnotě 2300Kč. Jelikož na prodejně nikdo nebyl tak to prostě vrazili do mříží na chodbě. Kdybych byl svině tak budu reklamovat nedodání balíku a požadovat náhradu, protože samozřejmě nikdo nepodepsal převzetí.
